Lorilee Morsette is the Founder and CEO of Saging Solutions, a governance, executive leadership, and strategic advisory firm helping Tribal Nations, governments, corporations, and organizations strengthen institutions, navigate complexity, and create lasting impact.
With more than two decades of leadership experience, Lorilee brings a distinctive perspective shaped by service from both sides of governance—as a senior executive responsible for administering complex organizations and as an elected Tribal leader responsible for exercising and protecting sovereign authority. Her experience spans Tribal government administration, governance, human resources, organizational strategy, public affairs, government relations, economic development, and institutional transformation.
Her approach is grounded in the understanding that lasting organizational change requires more than strategy alone. Governance, leadership, people, systems, culture, accountability, and relationships must move together. She works with leaders to assess complex environments, clarify priorities and authority, strengthen organizational capacity, and translate consequential decisions into sustainable implementation.
Through Saging Solutions, Lorilee brings this experience to Tribal Nations, governments, corporations, institutions, boards, and executive leaders navigating growth, transition, governance challenges, organizational complexity, and cross-sector relationships.
